Issue with Capital Calls Pipeline - LPs Moving to "Submit for Review" (Not super important right now)

Hi team, I have a question regarding the Capital Calls pipeline.

I've noticed that there is a backend process that keeps moving LPs from the "Send Cap Call" stage back to "Submit for Review", even after they've already received the first capital call email.

This is disrupting the workflow and making it harder for fund managers to track the status of LP capital calls. I've seen this issue with Progressive, Geek Fund II, and Zas.

Can someone take a look and see what might be causing this please.
