In order to use Folder / Data Room Variables in email templates:

The first step you take is to go to the relevant pipeline, eg the 'Fundraising' pipeline and then click on 'LP Emails'.
Now select the email template in which you want to embed the data room URL, then click on "FILES" next to "VARIABLES"
Now select the Folder / Data Room you want to embed in the email by clicking on it and the personalized Data Room link will appear in the email body.
When you're done remember to click on "Save template" in order to save the email template you just edited with a Folder / Data Room variable/link.

If you want to add it to a one-off email you are sending through Hub:

Go to the relevant pipeline and find the prospect you want to email.
Click "Send Email".
Within the body of the email, you can add a Folder / Data Room link by going to the "FILES" section next to "VARIABLES" on the right-hand side of the email window.
Now select the Folder / Data Room you want to embed in the email by clicking on it and the personalized Data Room link will appear in the email body.
